When market rates more than doubled in 2022, coupled with historic high home prices, we found several clients unable to afford to purchase a home. This dramatic shift in the market compelled numerous potential buyers to transition into future tenants. While helping these clients, it became abundantly clear that there existed a significant void in the property management sector in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Thus, we took decisive action, giving rise to NH Prime Property Management.
