To submit an application, you will need to provide proof of income, such as pay stubs or tax returns as well as proof of ID. Documents can be submitted directly through the application or emailed directly to theprimeteam@nhprimeaz.com. You will also be required to undergo a background check and a credit check. All applicants over the age of 18 will need to submit their own application. The application fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. 

Processing time for an application can vary depending on the number of applications being processed, as well as the completeness and accuracy of the information provided. Typically, it takes a few days to a week to process an application.
